been in the restaurant and catering business for over 30 years.
Ten years as Regional Chef at Stewart Anderson's Black Angus Restaurants,
six years as owner of the Leopard Cafe in Antioch, Ca., and eight
years as the restaurant manager at the Big C Athletic Club in
Concord specializing in healthy cooking. Ralph's Catering was
founded in 1983. We specialize in on-site BBQ's, Weddings, Breakfast,
Lunch, Luaus, and private and corporate parties. We currently serve
Alameda Co., Contra Costa Co.and surrounding areas.
Our
Catering service offers all entrees and Hor d' oeuvres made fresh
daily with the highest quality of ingredients at our new 1500
ft. commissary. Together Charlene and Ralph have experience to
offer the many diversified custom menus and decorations for your
individual needs.
